Our mission is to build bigger, stronger and more diverse cycling and outdoor loving communities. To promote health, fitness and responsible enjoyment of the great outdoors. To create a welcoming space for all to enjoy high quality refreshments. All served up with a smile :)

The Cadence concept is committed to good health, sustainable living, responsible enjoyment, respect for the environment and for each other. We aim to reduce, reuse and recycle, buy local and support ethical supply chains wherever possible.
Looking for job opportunities?
We have launched a Gap Year Program. Work and train with us over two summers. Take the winter off to pick up with your travels again. Get trained the Cadence-way to find the barista within you with scope for progression to lead a team.
