Clubhouse Manager - Cocking & Upwaltham
We're recruiting for a Clubhouse Cafe Manager at Cocking Hill in West Sussex, which is approximately 20 mins drive from Chichester. This role involves the management of our cafe in Cocking year-round, and responsibility for our Clubhouse in Upwaltham which opens seasonally from April to Sep/Oct.
We are looking for an experienced manager who can deliver excellent coaching to empower and lead their team to success, reliably provides and receives feedback and manages their priorities well, supports the development of Cadence as we grow, is passionate about executing and living out our brand values of heart and home, is knowledgeable of how to achieve/deliver the Clubhouse financial budget and also embodies teamwork, by understanding that your team is at the heart of your Clubhouse's success.
Assistant Manager - Upwaltham
We’re recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Upwaltham near Petworth. This is a fixed term contract spanning just over 6 months, from 9th March up to October. The role will see you support our Clubhouse Manager in the day to day running of two of our Clubhouses in Cocking Hill and Upwaltham.
