Flint Barn sits on an old dairy farm beside the South Downs Way near Cocking and Midhurst. Our licensed Clubhouse here is the Long Man West Sussex Brewery Order & Collection Point. And alongside our own pop-up events, our unique space is available for private hire.

As avid cyclists we wanted a menu that offered exactly what we crave when we are out on the trails or road. After all, when you arrive at a Cadence Clubhouse, you’ve earned it! We’re also able to cater for groups and events with an additional space off our main cafe. Contact us to find out more.

We have partnered with Long Man Brewery to establish the Long Man West Sussex Brewery order and collection point here at Cocking. Mobility Vehicle.

We are very excited to be able to offer The Tramper at our Cocking Clubhouse. Trampers are specially designed, all-terrain mobility scooters that can be used by people who have difficulty walking due but want to get out and the South Downs around us.
