The Cadence 100.
So, you’re doing the South Downs Way. Pick up a Cadence 100 card and collect a staff signature at any 5 of our Clubhouses on the route. Or grab a selfie outside as you pass by. Pop into our Winchester or Eastbourne Clubhouses at the end and claim your embroidered patch.
The Card.
You’ll need one of these. Pick up a Cadence 100 Card from one of our Clubhouses in Winchester, Eastbourne or Beachy Head. Keep it with you and collect 5 signatures from our team as you pass us along the route. Or stop outside and take a selfie showing our Clubhouses in the background. The Cadence 100 Badge is available without charge for anyone with a fully signed card and/or selfies.
The Badge.
We think the South Downs Way is pretty special. And completing its 100 miles deserves some recognition, whether you cover it on foot or on wheels, alone or accompanied, against the clock or not. Find our Clubhouses along the way when you need to rest or refuel, get a little motivation, or want to share your photos. Then come and see us when you finish with a completed card and/or selfies and one of these is yours.
