Winchester
Find us under St. Catherine’s Hill on the Viaduct Cycle Path. Our Clubhouse here overlooks the River Itchen and is just minutes from Winchester. We’re surrounded by trees and our outside terrace makes this most of this beautiful spot.
Cocking Hill, Midhurst
Cocking Clubhouse in on an old dairy farm, directly beside the South Downs Way. The perfect place to refuel when walking or riding, meet with friends, or rest after an exciting adventure. We’re here with delicious food and coffee, and we’re licensed too!
Upwaltham, Chichester
Upwaltham Clubhouse is open seasonally from March to October. It sits in a beautiful valley where the South Downs Way crosses the A285, within easy reach of Chichester, Goodwood and Petworth.
Newhaven Fort
Find us within the walls of Newhaven Fort. Paid entry into the Fort isn’t required to visit our Clubhouse. If you’re heading out across the King Charles III England Coast Path be sure to find us for a toastie and a cuppa.
Seaford
Cadence Seaford is next to South Hill Barn at Seaford Head Nature Reserve. The views are incredible from here. Look east to the Cuckmere Valley and iconic Seven Sisters cliffs, perhaps one of the UK’s most photographed beauty spots. Kindly note: Cycling is not permitted beyond the barn on the footpaths through the Reserve.
Litlington
Cadence Litlington is situated in the stunning Cuckmere Valley next to Long Man Brewery. It’s a great spot from which to head out across downland, through forest, riverside, clifftop and seashore and discover the area’s trails.
Beachy Head
Beachy Head Clubhouse is next to the road at the iconic Beachy Head. With a large car park, bike racks and seating its the perfect pit stop for a refuel while you enjoy the awesome 360 deg views.
The Helen Garden, Eastbourne
Out thatched pavilion in The Helen Garden is at the foot of the South Dows Way. Along with sea views, we look out onto an 18-hole putting course, pétanque court and neighbouring bowls lawn. Come and play all summer - no need to book. We’ll provide the cake and coffee.
Horam
Discover our newest Clubhouse in the Station Kiosk on the Cuckoo Trail just off Horam High Street and midway between Hellingly and Heathfield. Open every day serving our full menu. Can’t wait to see you.
Partridge Green
Our Clubhouse in Partridge Green is on the Downs Link, a 34 mile trail between Guildford and Shoreham. With seating indoors and out, plenty of parking for cars and bikes and sweeping views of the Downs it’s a great spot for a pitstop.
